Quinoa Date and Pecan Bread
This cafe style pecan and date bread is delicious if you can tolerate or are allowed quinoa flour and starches. Not suitable for paleo, GAPS, SCD or Whole30 but great if you are avoiding gluten and grains but are fine with the pseudo cereals.
Soaked Buckwheat and Chia Pancakes
These pancakes are egg free, dairy free and Body Ecology approved. Buckwheat is not a grain but a seed related to rhubarb, and is highly nutritious. The chia seed helps to bind them without using any egg. Not suitable if paleo, GAPS or SCD.
Grain Free Lebanese Tabouli
Tabouli is a highly nutrient dense salad that originated in the Arab world and usually uses bulgur (also bulghur, burghul or bulgar), which is wheat. My version is grain free and is based on an authentic recipe taught to me by my Lebanese in-laws.
Zucchini Pasta
My easy low-tomato made from scratch Spaghetti Bolognaise recipe along with how to make "noodles" or "pasta" out of vegetables using a handy kitchen gadget.
Paleo Flaxseed Almond Bread
I’ve been doing a fair bit of reading lately into the Paleo and Primal Diets.  This recipe for a paleo friendly bread is a super easy Flaxseed and Almond Meal Bread.  It makes up in a few seconds, bakes in 30 minutes and has a great taste and texture.
About Oven Temps
It helps to know your oven…some ovens run hot, some not, sometimes you need to adjust for fan forced, sometimes not.  It depends on your oven.  Getting to know your oven in all its quirks can make a big differnce to the final outcome when baking, as you will know when to adjust cooking times and temps. Most of my recipes I cook 180°C, usually fan forced. Below is a table showing you the conversion to Fahrenheit or Gas.
