Body Ecology Soaked Buckwheat and Chia Pancakes
These pancakes are egg free, dairy free and Body Ecology approved. Buckwheat is not a grain but a seed related to rhubarb, and is highly nutritious. The chia seed helps to bind them without using any egg. Not suitable if paleo, GAPS or SCD.

Grain Free Lebanese Tabouli
Tabouli is a highly nutrient dense salad that originated in the Arab world and usually uses bulgur (also bulghur, burghul or bulgar), which is wheat. My version is grain free and is based on an authentic recipe taught to me by my Lebanese in-laws.
